Marche Region is the project Co-ordinator and will takes part in the constitution of the Steering Committee and the phases of coordination, administrative-financial management, monitoring and evaluation. The Marche Region is directly responsible for the identification of the Rural SEC on the Italian Pilot Area and it will act in the concerned territory and will have to ensure the presence of conditions necessary for the SEC concrete operability.The Marche Region will also supervise the application of the methodology for the general organization of the project meetings and seminars taken during study visit following the modality and the procedures agreed upon by the project partners and, specifically, it will see to the implementation of the exchanges which are of interest to traders and the Marche Region territory. The Marche Region, as CO, will draw up the Final Evaluation Report with the support of Sviluppo Marche, Marche Polytechnic University and with the contribution of the entire Consortium.

 

Sviluppo Marche S.p.A (SVIM) is a co-beneficiary responsible for the general coordination of the project, the administrative-financial management and the monitoring and evaluation of the project based on the acquired experience in the management of international cooperation projects. SVIM will implement and maintain a communication system throughout the whole project guaranteeing an efficient circulation of information related to the project, among all the co-beneficiaries, and to manage the critical aspects. SVIM will be responsible to make sure that there is enough space and time for the correct functioning of the work group within the project. SVIM will also lead the dissemination activities, organize the kick-off meeting of the project.Finally, it will supervise to the project website and will take care of the activities of the dissemination of the project results.

 

Marche Polytechnic University is the second Italian co-beneficiary and it will be responsible for the implementation of scientific content on the Marche Pilot Area. Specifically, the University will manage the technical description and mapping of the Pilot Area, the identification of the Agro-Energetic Chain Model more suitable for the Marche Pilot Area and to the development of feasibility studies. Marche Polytechnic University will be responsible responsible of the presentation of the Agro-energetic Chain models to SEC during the Meeting in pilot area.

 

The Marches Energy Agency (MEA), is a co-beneficiary responsible for the general coordination of the project on the England territory. It will have a relevant role in the identification and setting up of the English Rural SEC, it will act in the concerned territory and will have to ensure the presence of conditions necessary for the SEC concrete operability. Moreover the MEA will be responsible for the organization of the study visits in England.

 

 

Development Agency North (DAN) is the Croatian co-beneficiary responsible for the general coordination of the project on the Croatian territory. It will have a relevant role in the identification and setting up of the Croatian Rural SEC, it will act in the concerned territory and will have to ensure the presence of conditions necessary for the SEC concrete operability.Moreover the DAN will be responsible for the participation of relevant actors to the study visit in England and for the organization of the 3rd SSTC Meeting in Croatia.

 

 

Riga Managers School (RMS) is a co-beneficiary responsible for the general coordination of the project on the Latvian territory. It will have a relevant role in the identification and setting up of the Latvian Rural SEC, it will act in the concerned territory and will have to ensure the presence of conditions necessary for the SEC concrete operability. Moreover the RMS will be responsible for the participation of relevant actors to the study visit in England.

 

Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) is the first Estonian co-beneficiary and it will be responsible for the implementation of scientific content on the Estonian Pilot Area. Specifically, the University will manage the technical description and mapping of the Pilot Area, the identification of the Agro-Energetic Chain Model more suitable for the Estonian Pilot Area and to the development of feasibility studies. Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) will be responsible of the Final SSTC Meeting organization.

 

MTÜ SETOMAA VALDADE LIIT is the second Estonian co-beneficiary responsible for the general coordination of the project on the Estonian territory. It will have a relevant role in the identification and setting up of the Estonian Rural SEC, it will act in the concerned territory and will have to ensure the presence of conditions necessary for the SEC concrete operability. Moreover the Polva County will be responsible for the participation of relevant actors to the study visit in England and for the organization of the Estonian SSTC meeting.

 

Energy Agency for Southeast Sweden (ESS) is a co-beneficiary responsible for the general coordination of the project on the Sweden territory. It will have a relevant role in the identification and setting up of the Sweden Rural SEC, it will act in the concerned territory and will have to ensure the presence of conditions necessary for the SEC concrete operability. Moreover the ESS will be responsible for the participation of relevant actors to the study visits in England.

 

Energy Agency of Plovdiv (EAP) is the first Bulgarian co-beneficiary responsible for the general coordination of the project on the Bulgarian territory.It will have a relevant role in the identification and setting up of the Bulgarian Rural SEC, it will act in the concerned territory and will have to ensure the presence of conditions necessary for the SEC concrete operability. Moreover the EAP will be responsible for the participation of relevant actors to the study visit in England. Energy Agency of Plovdiv (EAP) will be responsible of the organization of the 2nd SSTC Meeting

 

Agricultural University of Plovdiv is the second Bulgarian co-beneficiary and it will be responsible for the implementation of scientific content on the Bulgarian Pilot Area. Specifically, the University will manage the technical description and mapping of the Pilot Area, the identification of the Agro-Energetic Chain Model more suitable for the Bulgarian Pilot Area and to the development of feasibility studies. University of Agriculture of Plovdiv will be responsible of the organization of the 2nd SSTC Meeting.
