FINAL CONFERENCE OF RADAR PROJECT

The project activities closed on 8th October 2 009 in Polva (Ee), during the Final Conference organized by the Union of Rural Municipalities of Setomaa, and the Tallinn University of Technology. During the Final Conference all partners presented the main results of the feasibility studies to an audience composed of local Estonian authorities, local stakeholders and technicians working in the field of energy investments and agriculture resources exploitations. The Final Conference was followed by two workshops organized by the hosting partners, Union of Rural Municipalities of Setomaa, and the Tallinn University of Technology in the Värska Cultural House. The workshops aimed to discuss and share information among the partners representatives, the local technical experts and local interested people on the biogas energetic chains and the wood (Ligneous-cellulosic) chains, in order to confront and share knowledge on technologies, methods and particular kind of chain management of each different partners. The participation to the Final Conference was very high and project results have been widely disseminated to a very interested audience.
